The Nervi I APS Association won a regional tender on the PNRR rural culture worth €161,000 for:

• transform the current warehouse into a third home

• create a new warehouse

• create the first toilet module

 

Objective: €40,000 by the end of 2024

Tax advantages for individuals and donor companies

At the end of this journey, we would like to enroll the houses in the SCENES network of WOSM - Scout Centers of Excellence for Nature Environment and Sustainability; we would be the first Italian base registered in this global network!

​

The design is complete, we have obtained all the necessary permits and building titles.

The notice, however, provides that the Association will FIRST have to carry out all the work and pay for it and THEN ask the Region for reimbursement of 80% of the expenses incurred: we therefore need to have

€161,000 in cash to begin work; of these, €32,000 will still be our responsibility.

It's a huge amount of liquidity, so we've asked for loans, but it's still not enough.

The works must be completed by 2025

Everything left over will be reinvested for our next dream: transforming the land of St. Maria Maddalena into a new area for activities... from the 23rd of November 2023, the land under the church is the property of the Association!

Tax advantages for those who donate with traceable payment

 

Individuals: deduction of 30% of the donation amount from gross income tax, up to €30,000; or, deduction of donations up to 10% of the total declared income (art. 83, paragraphs 1 and 2 of Legislative Decree no. 117/2017).

Companies: deductibility up to a maximum of 10% of the total declared income, without absolute limits. The deduction can be spread over four years. (art. 83, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 3 July 2017, no. 117).
